A series of Workshops for Women in the stages of Menopause.
If you are a woman between the ages of 35 and 50, it is possible that you may have begun to encounter the first stages of the transformational journey that is Menopause.
In these beautiful workshops Sharon will guide you through exploring some of the myths and magic behind this transition and look at tools to assist and potentially mitigate some of the challenging ‘symptoms’ that can accompany this transition.
In these workshops you can expect to :
- Practice simple & relaxing meditations * Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
- Yoga For the Stages of Menopause * Well Woman Yoga
- Calming Breathing Techniques * Restorative Yoga
There will also be time allocated at each workshop to discuss each personal journey of Menopause so that through this sharing, it may be possible to come to an understanding of normalcy around the individual experience.
Meet your facilitator:
Sharon is passionate about sharing wellness with all women. With 3 decades of experience on the yoga path, and 20 years teaching, she has sought to create a style that is an accessible and appropriate tool for women’s health, wellbeing and transformation at all stages of life. She holds qualifications from Contemporary Yoga, Yoga Therapy Ireland, Yoga Nidra Network, Well Woman Yoga & Yoga For the Stages of Menopause, along with hundreds of hours of CPD training in numerous spiritual and movement disciplines. Also a Natural Facials therapist & creator of Gaiamcara Natural Skincare range.
