Rebalancing Yoga Retreat

Rebalancing Yoga Retreat

Facilitated by: Dr. Alison Clancy
Dates: Friday 13th – Sunday 15th January 2023
Cost: €400 per person sharing twin room / €430 single occupancy

The practice of yoga includes both the mind and the body. We know that whatever comes up in our mind will affect how we work with our body and vice versa. This back and forth of firming and softening, advancing and relaxing, toning and releasing, is how to find balance. This yoga retreat offers an ability to find the balance both on and off the mat. Alison is an experienced yoga teacher and a body Psychotherapist and will use the principles of both practices to support you in creating balance.

This rebalancing yoga retreat will have a long deep practice in the morning and yin and yoga nidra class in the evening. Beautiful surroundings, holistic treatments, walks, good food and good company, will simply support the rebalance that all of us need
