PAUSE, REST AND REPLENISH

3 Day Yoga & Reflexology Retreat

This is a weekend to make a pause in our busy lives, rest deeply and replenish our energy levels. We will learn how to recognise and ease out tension in our body through gentle Somatic Yoga practises, and to deeply relax in Restorative Yoga poses.

As part of the retreat you will receive a 20 minutes Reflexology session. If you feel uncomfortable about anyone getting close to your feet you can receive the treatment on your hands or head instead.

Each night after these practises and treatments and the nurturing, hearty meals at Creacon you will be ready for a good restful sleep.

You don’t require previous experience in Yoga to attend this retreat. It’s open to anyone who wants to take a break and rest.

Meet your facilitator:

Elena Garcia – Somatic Yoga

Elena has been teaching since she qualified as a Yoga teacher in 2016 and practising since the mid nineties. She is also a Somatic Exercise Coach and a qualified Reflexologist. She is based in Dublin where she runs weekly classes.

Elena is passionate about learning through movement and facilitating a safe space for others to explore. The pace of her classes is gentle and slow.
