Soul Dancing at Lughnasadh.
Soul Dance is an experiential journey through the chakras using free movement, dance, yoga flow, chanting, circle, invocation, prayer & intention. A joyous celebration of life in movement.
Expect vibrant beats & soulful sounds carefully chosen from genres such as World, Reggae, Drum n Bass, Trance, Folk Music & more.
*Wear comfortable, colourful, expressive clothing bearing in mind, some of the practice is done lying on the floor.
Nidrā Day.
A day to rest, reconnect and restore your energies with Yoga Nidrā Made Easy co-authors Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. It’s not complicated. Imagine a whole day of being pampered with nidrā. From beginning to end, the day will be filled with a variety of nidrās covering a multitude of topics, from deep rest to elemental, philosophical, to magical narrative stories to travelling in time; all in the profound nourishing rest of nidrā with Uma.

About Sharon

Sharon is a qualified Yoga Teacher & Yoga Nidra Facilitator. She has been on the path of yoga teaching, studying and practicing for 30 years. She offers a a style of Hatha Yoga that embodies non violence, encouraging autonomy, self acceptance & compassion in practice.
About Una

Uma met yoga in 1969, at the age of four, and fell in love. She’s been practicing ever since, and teaching yoga since 1994.
A yoga therapist with special expertise in yoga therapy for women’s health, Uma is a mother of three, and has written four books on yoga for women, including the massive Yoni Shakti and two books on Yoga Nidra, including Yoga Nidra Made Easy.
Uma is co-founder of the Yoga Nidra Network and has developed Total Yoga Nidra, Wild Nidra and Nidra Shakti: radical creative and intuitive approaches to sharing yoga Nidra.
Cancellation Policy:
The purchases/deposits you make are non-refundable. You can cancel within 48 hours of making your purchase, we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request within this time line. Up to 10 days prior to the event, we can transfer your purchase to another date where possible, after which the purchase/deposit is completely non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show the booked night(s) and service(s) will be charged in full.
