16:00 Arrival & Check in with tour & welcome juice

18:00 2 course dinner from our Food is Medicine program
19:15 Breathwork & chanting
20:30 Group Gathering (sharing circle) with a cuppa or a glass of wine
22:30 Guests retire to their bedrooms for a restful sleep

08:30 Yoga Practice (1hour)
09:45 Breakfast
10:45 Free time to rest / journal / read / treatment
13:30 Nutritious lunch from our Food is Medicine program
14:30 Japa Mala Meditation & Nidra (1hour)
15:30 Free time to rest / journal / read / treatment
18:00 2 course dinner from our Food is Medicine program
20:30 Yoga Soul Dance (1hour30mins)
22:30 Guests retire to their bedrooms for a restful sleep
