This class is an active style of yoga, working towards a set series of postures, in a time-honoured tradition. Aimed to prevent any obvious physical issues of the body to achieve and keep it in a healthy and strong state. At the same time Ashtanga is thought to be beneficial for emotional & psychological blockages benefiting your mental health.
In addition to Des’s yoga teaching, he is an organic farmer and vegetable grower. Des believes in the inter-connection of healthy body, healthy mind and healthy spirit.
