Retreat Schedule
FRIDAY: Arrive to an Autumn welcome juice, settle into your media-free, deluxe bedroom. A two course dinner from our ‘Soulful Food’ menu will be served, after which you can melt your stresses away with the Soulful Sound Meditation. Retreat to you bedroom for a restful sleep.

SATURDAY: Every good morning starts with a delicious breakfast. Then activate the mind and body with a 5 Tibetan Rites yoga class to set you up for the day followed by a Relaxing and healing Tibetan Bowls class.
Why not head out and explore the so many beautiful sites the Sunny South East has to offer or maybe a dip in the sea.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The purchases/deposits you make are non-refundable. You can cancel within 48 hours of making your purchase, we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request within this time line. Up to a week prior to the event, we can transfer your purchase to another date where possible, after which the purchase/deposit is completely non-refundable.
