Compassionate Presence – The Feldenkrais Method and Embodied Meditation

The Feldenkrais Method® offers a unique, neurologically based approach for improving flexibility and alignment, increasing comfort and efficiency in movement, and rediscovering your innate capacity for presence in your physical body.  Embodied Meditation is a practice to help yourself be compassionately aware of your body, thoughts, and emotions in the living moment.  The two compliment each other and powerfully influence positive change in your daily life.


This weekend, you will be offered abundant Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® Lessons as well as time for quiet reflection and meditation.  There will be time to breathe, time to rest, and time to integrate your learning.  You will leave with elegant tools to continue your personal health practice.
