After the Gua Sha workshop, let the busy world melt away as Suzanne guides you through soul soothing journey that induces a deeply relaxing, peaceful state. The sound vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls and the Gong will engage your nervous system to promote relaxation, release unhealthy behaviors or programs and expand awareness.
