This class is an energizing Hatha Yoga. Aimed to provide a great start to the day and week ahead, set a healthy and strong positioning for the daily activities.
Hatha Yoga, which means “Force”, is thought to be beneficial for emotional & psychological blockages benefiting your mental health.

Lyn is a yoga instructor based in Wexford and is very active in the local community. Trained in Hatha & Restorative, as well as being a certified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner.
