Healing Loss – Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

Along with The Wellness Project, Creacon presents a special retreat with the focus on healing loss.

Retreat into wellness for 3 days of Yoga & Mindfulness and gain an insight into coping with loss whether that be bereavement, divorce, job or something that has been pulling you down.  Heal and Release. Get back to being you.

Angela Doyle Stuart is an Irish best selling author of Loving Lisa Stolen Life Stolen Dreams, a broadcast radio journalist, wellness columnist with nationalist newspaper group and life purpose life coach. Angela now in her late 30s has experienced multiple losses with the loss of her mother, father, sister and daughter in pregnancy.  Angela’s talk during this retreat will offer insight into coping with loss whether that be bereavement, divorce, job etc. Angela’s outlook is hugely positive and she looks at life as a blessing and sees the beauty in every day so much that she wants to share that with you! Her next book will be released this year.

Karen Whelan  (Accredited Therapist) is a transformational and intuitive therapist.  Karen is also a wellness coach and facilitator hosting workshops. She is the Founder of Croi Consciousness, a wellness project for teenagers.
She is also an Employee Support Therapist for the South East and the author of “Come Home To Yourself” and “The Journey Home”. Karen works at helping clients to see their own deficiency story, the story that blocks a person from living to their fullness.
