Mindful Tantric Living

Facilitated by: Niamh Byron
Room: Meditation Hall
Date: Sunday 11th June 3:00PM – 5:30PM
Price: €45

Do you eat your lunch rushed while working at your computer? Does the word ‘mindless’ come to mind when you think of how you eat? Do you snack throughout the day? Does your life feel like a non-stop rollercoaster that you can’t get off?

This workshop will give you the tools to understand how to eat and live mindfully from a holistic perspective, acknowledging that no two people are the same. The modern world we live in is so geared towards ‘quick fix’ solutions, including ‘fast food’. However, when we go back to our roots and implement holistic practices for our bodies that have been practiced for thousands of years, we can begin to nourish ourselves from the core.

This workshop will give you the tools to:

  • Understand how to nourish your body through eating, breathing and movement in a mindful way.
  • Help you connect to each one of your senses again. No more rushing, no more pushing, no more reaching.
  • Tap into your basic human birth right to feel the best version of yourself.
  • Become more present in all areas of your life.
  • Connect with your loved ones and build deeper relationships.
