What to Expect:

Parasympathetic Relaxation: Dive deep into relaxation with specialised breathwork sessions designed to activate the body’s natural calming response.

Transformational Breathwork Journeys: Embark on inner journeys of self-discovery and renewal, facilitated by an experienced breathwork practitioner.

Forest Bathing: Immerse yourself in the healing energy of the forest with a guided walk, helping you to open your senses with mindfulness experiences and silent contemplation. This Japanese practice, called Shinrin yoku, promises that you will emerge from the expereince feeling relaxed and restored.

Cacao and Fire Ceremony: Connect with ancient traditions as we gather around the fire, sipping cacao and setting intentions for personal growth and transformation.

Art in Nature Workshop: Tap into your creativity and connect with the natural world through a guided art activity inspired by the beauty of our surroundings.

What to bring:

  • Guests should bring comfy, loose clothes for retreat activities, and for the forest bathing, see outdoor gear list below
  • A journal to note any insights you may have over the weekend.
  • Swimwear or suitable attire if intending to use sauna/cold plunge facilities

Cancellation Policy:

The purchases/deposits you make are non-refundable. You can cancel within 48 hours of making your purchase, we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request within this time line. Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, we can transfer your purchase to another date where possible, after which the purchase/deposit is completely non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show the booked night(s) and service(s) will be charged in full.

Your Facilitators:

Johanna has been running nature based activities in beautiful outdoor settings for over 10 years. She is a professional Forest Bathing Guide, dedicated to sharing the joys and benefits of this unique experience in nature.

Leading groups and individuals to reach a deep sense of relaxation through varied mindfulness activities, participants are able to connect deeply with nature, and themselves. Scientifically proven, the benefits of a 2 – 3 hour Forest Bathing walk – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually – can last up to three weeks.
Johanna is also an Integrative Forest Therapy Practitioner specialising in mental health programmes and corporate well-being. She runs a successful Forest School for children, and expresses herself creatively through using nature’s resources for arts and crafts.
Living locally now after travelling and working around the world, she is a life-long learner, enjoys wild spaces and time with family and friends.

Seamus is a local man, originally from Enniscorthy, and is a certified Breathwork Facilitator,  Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner (Neurolinguistic Programming), and Corporate Wellness Coach.

After a Military career spanning 22 years, in 2020 he decided on a change of career direction. Having first trained as a Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, he then integrated breathwork into his practice to support mind, body and spirit.

Having discovered the powerful effect that Transformational Breathwork had for individuals in releasing limiting beliefs, trauma, disempowering thoughts, etc.. he now uses breathwork, alongside coaching, to deliver a holistic approach to healing and self-development for individuals and groups.
