This Five days of yoga, pilates and meditation retreat will help you explore and deepen your own practice under the expertise of our instructors. Five days of nutritious (and frankly, delicious) food to recharge your body and leave you feeling like your best self. Five days that you can start off with an invigorating pilates class and end by curling up in front of a log fire with a good book. The only downside of this escape is that it’s pretty hard to come back from.

There lives within all of us a longing for decompression and relaxation. Should we awaken to the call, we often find that adventures across the vast and physical realms of the wild also lead us to the sacred and instinctual nature of our soul.

We invite you to step beyond the boundaries of your mat and into an adventure experience spanning radiant cliffs, ancient canyons and serpentine rivers.  This is where inner nurture meets nature.

We run our retreats with a simple aim – to soothe your body, mind and soul. Everything that’s included, from the accommodations that oozes comfort and a feeling of sanctuary, and the delicious gourmet meals with foods that are grown from the garden, to stunning views across rolling hills, have been chosen by us with this aim in mind.
