Meet your facilitators:
Alison is based in Dublin and has trained in a number of different yoga lineages and is currently training in body psychotherapy. She tries to offer each person the opportunity to take that path in their own way at their own pace, to modify when needed and to honour how they feel at all times. Alison wants to combine the principles of body psychotherapy with yoga and aims to walk with students as they discover their own personal journey and hopes to nurture and encourage them along their way.
Claire is based in North Wales, Claire is a calm and compassionate teacher who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and runs Inspiratrix Yoga, a ‘yoga studio without walls’. She specialises in yoga that supports individual development and ‘working where you are at’.
