This lifestyle retreat focuses on daily changes that can make a huge positive impact on your life from within. With digestion and mindfulness being main topics in the serene and tranquil surroundings of Creacon Wellness Retreat.

This retreat is open to all who wish to:

Saturday

08:00 Breath and Movement techniques to help bring balance to the digestive system
08:30 Breakfast
10:30 Food demo – learn to cook nourishing meals for the whole family that are simple and tasty!
11:45  Yoga –  postures and movements to restore a balanced digestion.
13:00 Lunch
14:00 Free time
16:00 “All about the Gut”  Workshop
18:00 Dinner – Two Course Meal from the Food is Medicine Program
19:30 Meditation and relaxation

I was a little anxious on the trip here about meeting everyone. The anxiety soon left me once I met everyone. My intention for the Rest & Reset few days was to get into a more peaceful state of mind and to be in a better calmer place going home. Mission accomplished. Thank you Fiona for planning this. You were the perfect facilitator and for assisting everyone in creating the beautiful energy that was present. I would definitely be interested in doing this again – especially in Bali!!

I will take away a lot of learning from this experience. On the last day, the realisation that I was on a road to illness before I arrived hit me.
