Join Sharon for a relaxing evening of Restorative Yoga. During this Yoga workshop you will be nurtured into a feeling of deep inner calm and well-being through the practice of Gentle Restorative Yoga Poses, Pranayama, and Authentic Movement.
Restorative Yoga can be described as the Yoga of Deep Rest. It is a powerful practice that benefits all the systems of spirit / body / mind, bringing about feelings of inner peace and calm. All the postures are done with the support of blankets, mats, bolsters and pillows to invite participants to let go into deep relaxation.
