Join Sharon on a retreat where you will be exploring the themes of the Deep Feminine through Yoga, Movement, & Creative Ceramic Figure Making.

Enjoy gorgeous accommodation with nutritious meals from the Food is Medicine programme. Indulge in daily meditation, Soul Retrieval, Mantra & Guided Nidra which will help create a sense of serenity in spirit, mind and body. And of course plenty of time & space to relax, walk, dream, take treatments and soak up the atmosphere of Creacon.

Meet your facilitators:

Sharon is passionate about sharing wellness with all women.  With 3 decades of experience on the yoga path, and 20 years teaching, she has sought to create a style that is an accessible and appropriate tool for women’s health, wellbeing and transformation at all stages of life.   She holds qualifications from Contemporary Yoga, Yoga Therapy Ireland, Yoga Nidra Network, Well Woman Yoga & Yoga For the Stages of Menopause, along with hundreds of hours of CPD training in numerous spiritual and movement disciplines.

Mary has been making pottery for over thirty years.  Dunbrody Ceramics was established in 2014, providing pottery classes for adults and children, most recently figure making workshops have started, allowing people to explore the therapeutic  benefits of creativity through clay.
