Samhain Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat
Samhain is a Gaelic Festival marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of Winter or the dark half of the year. Celebrations traditionally begin on October 31st. Over this weekend we will celebrate this time of year and Align Our Body and Mind to this transition and include yoga and mindfulness practice to support the body into the darker and colder months of the year.
If you are looking for a retreat to align your body in a mindful way with nourishing Yoga practices with a blend of Creative hatha practices, mindfulness, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Silent and Guided Meditation come join us for a very nourishing weekend of joy and reconnection to yourself with a lovely group of people.

What to bring:
Warm clothes (rain jacket, jumper, coat, scarf, socks, hat gloves, pjs, lots of layers), book, journal and pen, water bottle, yoga clothes or comfortable clothes.
Meet your facilitator:
Maggie Dunne – Simply Living Yoga
You can expect a warm and friendly welcome from Maggie who has been running retreats for 15 years.
Maggie has been teaching Yoga for 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience. She specialises in Mindfulness and Meditation. Her yoga is gentle but strengthening, with an emphasis on mindful movement and body awareness. There is no pressure to do more or to push your body into anything, these classes are for you to tune into your own body’s needs and ability with an intention of relaxation and support within this opportunity to gently strengthen and align to your greatest self. This retreat is suitable for all abilities and levels. Be prepared to gently unwind, relax and enjoy some quiet time in meditation, knowing everything is an option you are welcome to do as much or as little as you like!

If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation we will gladly refund your full deposit upon request.
In the event of no-show the booked night(s) and service(s) will be charged in full.
