Colette is a certified NLP trainer, with a professional training background. She has a wide range of qualifications including EFT, mindfulness, meditation, energy management which she brings to this workshop. Alongside this she has travelled many times to India to sit with monks, sages and world teachers whose wisdom and philosophies she has benefited from greatly and shares in all her work.
