As we enter the Spring Equinox we come to the ritual threshold of mid spring. At this time of year it is said that we come to a path of opposites. A state of eager and anxious, inspired and impatient, focused and then dispersed.
Join us on the Reset Retreat which will include a range of yoga classes and guided meditation led with intention and purpose for this time of year.
The aim is to reset after the long winter months, awakening what has been lying dormant during the darkness and to birth our new ideas as we step into Spring.
At Creacon Wellness Retreat you will be able to embrace the beautiful gardens, enjoy the nutritious cuisine using Ayurvedic and herbal influence and book in for a treatment such as massage, acupuncture and many other options (all treatments require in advance booking and can not be guaranteed as all commodities are subject to availability).
