What Previous Guests Said:

“I came here for a little bit of headspace and found so much more.
I am very grateful to Sharon for creating such a welcoming space here I felt relaxed, comfortable and nurtured throughout the weekend.
I enjoyed the different practices we engaged in, including gentle yoga, meditation, chanting, dancing and walking. Some exercises helped me relax and be in the moment, some helped me connect with myself, some helped me feel connected to others. Some sessions left me with beautiful images that keep bringing me joy.
I am immensely grateful for the company and the connection I felt during these few days. I enjoyed sharing stories and laughter at mealtimes, sharing calmness and peace during meditations, sharing wonder on walks, sharing energy and spirit during chanting, sharing
joy and freedom during the dance. I didn’texpect that this much healing and rejuvenation can happen in one weekend.
Thank you Sharon for creating this space and I look forward to the next retreat.”
