Find that calm inner peace you have been looking for with Sharon’s Yoga Nidra Classes. Utilizing the tools of Yoga Nidra, Deep Relaxation, Meditation, Guided Visualisation, Breath Inquiry and Gentle Movement. There is no physical asana in this class!
These classes are especially beneficial to anyone experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, insomnia, the chronic pain or fatigue of fibromyalgia or ME, high blood pressure / hypertension, any ongoing illness, or simply as a tool to relax and unwind. You will leave these classes feeling rested, nourished on a deep level and ready to take on the rest of your week.
For live attendance, equipments are provided (pillow, blankets, etc.) you are welcome to bring along yours also.
For Zoom classes, we advise you to be in a quiet and comfortable space with a good internet connection and good sound equipment.
