Support your journey into the winter months with this Gentle and Restorative Yoga Workshop.
With Restorative Yoga, the gentle physical Asanas or Postures are held in stillness for longer periods of time creating a feeling of deep calm within all systems of your being. You will feel nourished and re-charged, a boost to the immune system by welcoming & inviting nourishing deep rest. We take a 40 minute Yoga Nidra practice at the end of the class to settle and integrate’.
Restorative Yoga can be described as the Yoga of Deep Rest. It is a powerful practice that benefits all the systems of spirit / body / mind, bringing about feelings of inner peace and calm. All the postures are done with the support of blankets, mats, bolsters and pillows to invite participants to let go into deep relaxation.
