It’s natural to feel angry about various situations in our lives. Anger is a messenger that can tell you a lot about yourself and how you are controlling your reactions towards events in life. When anger arises, it’s a signal and reminder that you need to shift your energy.
You will always experience anger and sadness in your life, along with grief and love and happiness. There is no way around it. It is a “happening.” It is not a “doing.” We do not have control of when things arrive, but we do in how we react.
Our five senses tend to be the root cause of all of our emotions. In order to stop destructive emotions like anger from ruining our lives, we need to gain some control over how we project what goes on inside of us. The exact picture of what makes us tick may be hard to fully comprehend, but if we open our minds to change and discovery, we can transform anger into serenity.
